Service Agreement

Date: 27 February 2026

Between: Kredo Analytics Pvt Ltd ("Company") and ABC Corporation ("Client")

1. Scope of Services. The Company agrees to provide analytics consulting services as described in Exhibit A. Services shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for twelve (12) months.

2. Compensation. Client shall pay Company a monthly retainer of ₹2,50,000, payable within 15 days of invoice receipt.

3. Confidentiality. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged. This obligation survives termination.

4. Termination. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Material breach allows immediate termination.
