1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sign Zone (the “Service”), you (“you”, “your”, the “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms form a legally binding contract between you and Kredo Analytics (the operator of Sign Zone). They are governed by the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable Indian law.
2. About Sign Zone
Sign Zone is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) document signing platform operated by Kredo Analytics, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. We provide tools for digital document signing, multi-signer workflows, signature collection, and audit trail generation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use Sign Zone. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.
4. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activity under your account — whether or not you authorised it
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
- One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted
5. Service Description
Sign Zone provides document signing capabilities including:
- PDF document upload and signature zone placement
- Sequential and parallel multi-signer workflows
- Three signing methods: OTP verification, hand-drawn signature, image upload
- SHA-256 audit trail certificate auto-appended to signed PDFs
- Built-in wallet for pay-as-you-go usage
- Document history and dashboard analytics
Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion with reasonable notice.
6. Pricing, GST & Payments
6.1 Pricing
- Free trial: the first 10 signed documents per account are free, with full access to all features
- Pay-as-you-go: after the first 10 documents, each signed document costs ₹10 (Indian Rupees Ten), exclusive of GST
- Enterprise: volume pricing available — contact sales for a custom quote
6.2 Goods & Services Tax (GST)
Kredo Analytics is a GST-registered entity in India. All prices displayed are exclusive of GST. GST is charged at the applicable rate (currently 18%) on every wallet top-up and every per-document charge. Your tax invoice will be available in your dashboard after each transaction. You are responsible for providing accurate GSTIN (if applicable) at the time of payment to claim input tax credit.
6.3 Wallet System
Sign Zone uses a pre-paid wallet model. You top up your wallet, and each signed document is deducted from the balance at the applicable rate (inclusive of GST). Wallet balances do not expire as long as your account remains active.
6.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd. (or such other gateway as we may use from time to time). By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details on our servers.
6.5 When Charges Apply
A document is considered “sent” (and the per-document charge applied) when you initiate the signing workflow by sending it to one or more signers. You will see a confirmation before charges are deducted. Once deducted, charges are non-refundable (see §7).
7. No-Refund Policy
7.1 Wallet Top-Ups Are Non-Refundable
- Once you have topped up your wallet, the amount is non-refundable, including unused balance
- Unused balance remains in your account for future use as long as your account is active
- You may continue using your wallet balance indefinitely; we will not refund it as cash
7.2 Per-Document Charges Are Non-Refundable
- Once a document is sent for signing and the ₹10 (plus GST) charge is deducted, that charge is final
- This applies regardless of whether the signers complete signing, reject the document, or fail to respond
- You may resend the same document with corrections, but each resend is a new charge
7.3 No Cooling-Off Period
Because Sign Zone delivers an immediate, consumable digital service, no statutory cooling-off period applies after a charge is initiated. Your first 10 documents are free, which gives you a meaningful opportunity to evaluate the Service before any payment is made.
7.4 Narrow Service-Error Carve-Out (Credit Only)
If you can demonstrate that you were charged due to a clear and verifiable error caused by our platform (e.g. a duplicate charge for the same document, a charge for a document that was never sent), we may at our sole discretion issue an equivalent service credit to your wallet. No cash refunds will be issued. Such credit must be claimed within 14 days of the disputed charge by emailing info@kredo.in with the transaction ID.
7.5 Enterprise Contracts
Refund, cancellation, and renewal terms for Enterprise customers are governed by the signed enterprise agreement and override this section to the extent of any conflict.
7.6 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback on a properly billed Sign Zone transaction is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and recovery action.

- Any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose
- Uploading malware, viruses, or harmful code
